Today, we join Barbados in mourning the sudden passing of Dr. Shelly-Ann Cox, Chief Fisheries Officer and a remarkable woman whose kindness, leadership, and encouragement touched so many lives.
I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Cox during my entrepreneurial journey, and her words of support and encouragement left a lasting impression on me. She was not only a dedicated public servant but also someone who genuinely believed in helping others succeed.
